This website is operated by Greinert Sports LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from greinertsports.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. PRODUCTS

Greinert Sports LLC sells USSSA slowpitch softball bats and related equipment.

All products are designed and approved for USSSA sanctioned competition only.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through this Site are final.

Greinert Sports LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Warranty claims are handled separately under our Warranty Policy.

4. WARRANTY LIMITATION

Greinert Sports bats are covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty against structural defects under normal USSSA play.

The Company reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for warranty replacement.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear
  • Paint damage
  • Rattles
  • Altered or shaved bats
  • Damage from non-USSSA play
  • Misuse or abuse

The Company's liability under warranty is limited to product replacement only.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Softball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation in athletic activities.

Greinert Sports LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from product use.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greinert Sports LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing errors
  • Product availability limitations

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including logos, product names, graphics, and written materials, are the property of Greinert Sports LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.
