Use of this product outside of approved play, including but not limited to non-USSSA leagues, improper balls, altered equipment, or extreme temperature conditions, may result in product damage and void the manufacturer warranty.

Softball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury. By purchasing and using Greinert Sports products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation in athletic activity.

Greinert Sports LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• League disqualification
• Equipment alteration
• Improper use or storage
• Unauthorized modifications

Altering, shaving, rolling, or modifying a bat in any way voids all warranty coverage and releases Greinert Sports LLC from any liability.
